Yunus Kalender is a Ph.D. candidate at the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas (U.S.). His research explores branding in immersive technologies and has extended this exploration to the metaverse and service relationships in digital models. His research has been published in Psychology and Marketing, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, Service Science, and Journal of Tourism and Cultural Change, among other places.
